“The Circle of Men has been a sacred space that breaks the stigma that men can’t be vulnerable with other men and allows for connectedness and healing.”
Circle of Men Support Group
The Circle of Men is a live virtual gathering on Zoom — a space that is grounded, respectful, and strong.
Here, men come together in honesty, courage, and respect. Every story is honored. Every voice is heard. Every man is welcome.
Why Join:
To remember you don’t have to carry the weight of life alone.
To speak openly and be witnessed without judgment, fixing, or advice.
To strengthen courage, compassion, and resilience through honesty.
To walk beside brothers who choose connection over isolation.
The Flow of a Meeting
Opening words to ground and guide
Individual shares (up to 5 minutes each)
Optional supportive feedback: encouragement only — no advice, no fixing, no reframing
A closing round of brief reflective words from each man
Our closing statement, spoken together
“The safety I’ve found in the Circle of Men has helped me speak about the darkest season of my life. ”
Our Commitments
Participate actively and respectfully
Confidentiality is sacred—what’s shared here, stays here
No crosstalk — during your share, speak from your own experience rather than referring to or responding to another man’s share
Respect yourself and others—come sober, speak mindfully
Facilitators are responsible for holding the structure, boundaries, and safety of the group.
The Heart of the Circle
We gather as sons, brothers, fathers, partners, and friends. We honor the light and shadow in each of our lives. We walk side by side—lifting when one stumbles, celebrating when one rises. Together, we kindle the fire of healing, carrying its light back into our daily lives with kindness, strength, and respect.
Your Invitation
Come as you are. Bring your truth. Sit with us in brotherhood.
You are not alone.
“The group has helped me discover a deeper understanding of myself and my emotions. ”
Facilitator
Wade Robson:
Wade is a son, brother, husband, and father who understands firsthand the weight many men carry in silence. After years in the entertainment industry, he faced depression, anxiety, and the long-term effects of unresolved childhood trauma, which led to two nervous breakdowns and a turning point in his life.
For over a decade, he has been committed to deep personal healing through therapy, somatic work, and spiritual practice. He is currently completing his training as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) and facilitates this group to help create a space where men can speak honestly, be heard, and not have to walk alone.
