ONE-ON-ONE LIFE MENTORING WITH WADE ROBSON

Wade spent many years in the entertainment industry as a creative force for stage, film, and TV, working with some of the world’s most recognized artists. Behind the success, he silently endured depression, anxiety, and unresolved childhood trauma, which eventually led to two nervous breakdowns and a turning point in his life.

Since disclosing his history of abuse in 2013, later shared in the Emmy award–winning HBO documentary Leaving Neverland, Wade has dedicated himself to a path of deep healing and transformation. Today, as a Life Mentor and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner-in-training, he draws on his lived experience, spiritual study, and body-based practices to guide others in cultivating resilience, authenticity, and lasting wellbeing.

What is Life Mentoring with Wade?

Life Mentoring sessions are one-hour, one-on-one online video meetings designed to support you in moving through challenges and reconnecting with vitality.

Together, we’ll explore the areas of life that feel stagnant, overwhelming, or in transition, as well as the goals and longings you want to move toward. We’ll work at a pace that feels safe and manageable, guided by your own body’s wisdom.

Rather than focusing on problems in isolation, we’ll build a whole-life picture—considering your health, relationships, creativity, and work—since each is an essential part of your overall wellbeing.

Because true growth rests on a stable foundation, we may focus on strengthening physical, emotional, and mental resilience. If you’re open to it, I can support you in developing or deepening practices such as meditation, movement, nourishing routines, and nervous system regulation skills.

Our work may include a variety of modalities: deep listening, empowering conversation, guided meditation, somatic awareness, and simple daily practices. These tools help you restore balance, release old patterns, and take practical steps forward—so that as one part of your life shifts, your whole system can revitalize.


I am currently completing a three-year intensive training to become a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, a process that deeply informs and enriches my Life Mentoring approach.

Somatic Experiencing (SE™) aims to resolve symptoms of stress, shock, and trauma that accumulate in our bodies. When we are stuck in patterns of fight, flight, or freeze, SE helps us release, recover, and become more resilient. It is a body-oriented therapeutic model applied in multiple professions and professional settings—psychotherapy, medicine, coaching, teaching, and physical therapy—for healing trauma and other stress disorders. It is based on a multidisciplinary intersection of physiology, psychology, ethology, biology, neuroscience, indigenous healing practices, and medical biophysics and has been clinically applied for more than four decades.

You may book a single session or save 10% with a 4-session package.

For single sessions, you’ll be able to view available times, then schedule and purchase directly.

For 4-session packages, you’ll first complete your purchase and then schedule each session at your convenience.

All sessions can be canceled or rescheduled through the online platform.

Session fees are offered on a sliding scale.
