A live online SEMINAR and Q&A with Wade Robson

for dance parents and teachers.

Sometimes a dancer is still showing up, working hard, and smiling for the judges—but something has changed.

Other times, they may be pulling away, shutting down, or struggling to walk through the studio door.

Dance feels heavier.
Mistakes feel scarier.
The joy feels quieter.

When what once felt like freedom starts to feel like a constant test, DANCER S.O.S. offers a clearer way to understand what may be happening beneath the surface—and how to help make dance a place of growth, expression, and joy again.

In this two-hour live Zoom SEMINAR and Q&A, we’ll explore the symptoms dancers may be experiencing, the origins that can shape them, and solutions that create a more supportive way forward.

When dance starts to feel like too much

Fear of mistakes. Need for approval. Constant comparison. Perfectionism. Self-criticism. Low confidence. Burnout or loss of joy.

These are signals. Not failures.

DANCER S.O.S. is for dance parents, teachers, and studio leaders who want to respond to those signals with greater clarity, compassion, and care.

Not less commitment. Not lower standards.
A stronger mental and emotional foundation beneath the dancer—so they can feel supported without too much pressure, stay connected to their why, and grow without tying their worth to achievement.

Your guide — Wade Robson

Wade Robson is a choreographer, director, dance educator, and Life Mentor with 40 years as a dancer, 30 years as a teacher, and 6 years of one-to-one Life Mentoring.

He began dancing professionally at five, choreographed for Britney Spears, *NSYNC, and Usher by eighteen, and became a two-time Emmy-winning choreographer by twenty-five.

Behind that success, Wade was living with pressures many young dancers know too well: anxiety, perfectionism, comparison, fear of mistakes, and the belief that he had to be the best to be worthy.

A deep healing journey transformed his relationship to dance, self-worth, and success—bringing him back to dance as a place for curiosity, expression, play, and service.

Now living in Hawai‘i with his wife and son, Wade mentors clients and teaches dance around the world. Drawing on lived experience, decades in the industry, and his work as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner-in-training, he offers grounded, compassionate guidance for life’s emotional complexities.

They don’t need to be extraordinary to be worthy.

They don’t need to be flawless, famous, or first.

They need to be truly seen. Heard. Loved. Guided—but not forced into a mold that was never theirs.

Let’s give dancers the support they need.
